The restaurant’s concepts have been a long-time vision of Tommy’s, and he’s excited to share them with the community. Tommy has over 15 years of experience as an Executive Chef, and over 20 years of experience in the industry as a whole. Tommy has held top Chef positions at many well-loved area restaurants including Town Talk Diner, Café Maude, Coup d’etat, and most recently as Culinary Director/Executive Chef of Butcher and the Boar (Minneapolis and Charleston, SC) and 4 Bells. The passion for food and hospitality are in his blood and the excitement of entertaining guests continues to drive him.
