Private Events FAQ

How do I book?

The best way is the Book With Us form on our Private Dining page. It sends your date, headcount and details straight to our events team. You can also email events@mrpaulssupperclub.com. We respond to every inquiry the same day.

How is dinner served?

Most of our private events are served family style: shared platters passed around the table, so everyone gets to try a bit of everything. If you'd rather have a more traditional dinner, we're happy to serve it individually plated, course by course, with a custom printed menu for your guests. We can also accommodate vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and other dietary needs.

Can you build a bar for our event?

Absolutely. Whatever you'd like to offer your guests, we'll build the bar program around it, from signature cocktails to our event wine list.

Can we bring our own cake or desserts?

Yes, with no cake fee. If you'd like us to cut and serve it, it's $5 per person.

What decorations are allowed?

Almost anything: candles, balloons, signs, confetti. We only ask for no glitter or small confetti.

Can we bring kids?

Of course. Little ones can order from our kids menu.

What AV is available?

Each space has smart TVs you can connect to with HDMI, USB or AirPlay, plus speakers and a microphone. You can play a slideshow, give a presentation or bring your own playlist.

What's the Carnival Bar like for a seated dinner?

In the winter, seated dinners in the Carnival Bar are at the bar itself, which makes for a fun, one-of-a-kind dinner. In patio season, weather permitting, we can seat up to 20.
