Mr. Paul's Presents Clay Shannon Wine Dinner. Enjoy a 5-course dinner prepared by Chef Tommy Begnaud in our beautiful private dining space paired with Clay Shannon Wines. Clay has paved the way in organic farming on a large scale for wineries in California, using a flock of sheep to do much of the work in his high elevation Lake County vineyards. Clay Shannon and Chef Tommy Begnaud will walk guests through the dinner as they experience this unique pairing event. We are so excited and honored to welcome this leader and forward thinker in California winemaking.
